関西アマチュア無線フェスティバル実行委員会は「第9回（2019年）KANHAMコンテスト」を開催いたします。
●「KANHAM実行委員会からのお願い」
KANHAM実行委員会としてコンテストにおいて交信した際のQSLカードの交換は、過去に同一バンド・モードですでに交信しQSLカードの交換がされている場合など必要なもの以外は発行を控えるなど、QSLカード転送作業の効率化へのご協力を呼び掛けております。ご協力をお願いいたします。
注意
今年は、これまでと異なり以下の規約変更がありますので、ご注意ください。
- 海外からの参加を可能にした。
- シニア部門の廃止（理由：アマチュア無線家の高齢化の為）。
- U20とYLが参加出来るヤング部門を新設し、平成生まれ部門、YL部門を廃止した。
I. Date and Contest Period / 開催日時

II. Objective / 参加資格
For amateurs around the world to contact as many other amateurs in as many Japan’s prefectures as possible.
全世界のアマチュア局およびSWL（アマチュア局の電波を受信する個人をいう）
III. Bands / 使用周波数帯
A) Overseas stations (outside Japan):
You must use the contest frequency of 1.9 to 50MHz established by JARL (The Japan Amateur Radio League).
B) Domestic stations (within Japan):
You must use the contest frequency of 1.9 to 1200MHz established by JARL.
海外局：1.9〜50MHzのJARL制定の「JARLコンテスト使用周波数帯」を使用すること。
国内局：1.9〜1200MHzのJARL制定の「JARLコンテスト使用周波数帯」を使用すること。ただし、1200MHz帯は総務省告⽰「アマチュア業務に使用する電波の型式及び周波数の使用区別」による。
IV. Awards / 賞
We give awards and the supplementary prize to the winner of each CATEGORY. The supplementary prize is a local specialty of Kansai area. We will not send you the supplementary prize if you are not present at the award ceremony, but we will allow you to send the surrogate to the award ceremony at the “24th Kansai Amateur Radio Festival (KANHAM)”.
・各種目第1位の局に、賞状と副賞。
・副賞：関西の特産品（関西6府県支部提供）。
・「第24回関西アマチュア無線フェスティバル」で発表、その場で特産品などを渡す。
